Who is Kevin M. Beber?
Kevin is a father of three, Hispanic technology business growth leader who has been fortunate to self fund his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. After achieving two different President Club awards from two different companies and graduating with his MBA from Duke University, he moved to Silicon Valley to lead marketing for a Hewlett Packard division. He led transformation from a $100MM division to what is now $2B with industry leading margins. He later led transformational growth at smaller to mid-sized companies and M&A activities. Today he is leading through consulting and Board roles.
Tell us more about your role in Helium SEO.
I am a Board Advisor at HeliumSEO, providing advice to the CEO and Executive team on how to achieve major expansion plans. Just announced is over $2MM in commercial financing for expansion.
What is the most difficult part of your job? But the most rewarding one?
Most difficult is providing the reality of what is needed to achieve transformational growth, while the most rewarding aspect is when advice is taken and the dreams are realized.
Is there anything that you would change about your professional path?
Nothing, just wish I could have learned faster the secrets to transformational growth.
What’s your key strategy for the development of your company?
Number one is to develop a shared vision of the future, strategic and tactical plans to achieve that vision. Second is securing funds and sharing with employees ( so everyone is moving in the same direction), creating objectives for their participation and lastly continuous improvement and refinements.
What do you think about the next period of time, keeping in mind the pandemic and the new business climate? How will your industry be affected?
More business will be conducted remotely, but some companies will struggle, opening the door for more M&A activity and consolidation.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is already transforming Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and will continue through this decade.
